Emotional intelligence building is a demand for this generation. In today’s technocratic world, we’ve emphasized technical skill too much and ignored the importance of social-emotional skill. The result has become awesome; we have been plagued by numerous psychological and social problems among our children nowadays. The rise of the nuclear family, increasing social media dependence, and the subsequent result of less physical mingling have resulted in narcissism, family life crisis, and irresponsibility to others. Considering the dilemma, we’ve introduced emotional intelligence for our students to develop their emotional quotient (EQ) to live in a better world.
